All 46 providers we review, in one table. Figures come from each company's own published pages. Where a company does not publish something, the cell says "Not published" rather than showing an estimate.

How to read the cost column

True entry cost is medication plus any separate membership fee at the starting dose — the number you will actually be charged in month one. It is not annual cost: programs with dose-linked pricing get more expensive as you titrate. Providers showing "Varies" charge per visit or work through your insurance, so a monthly figure would be misleading.
