Best GLP-1 Providers for Men

A whole category of men's health clinics has added GLP-1 therapy. Some are worth the premium for the lab work; some are just more expensive.

Independently researched · Last updated August 3, 2026

Men's health clinic networks — the ones built around testosterone replacement — have moved into GLP-1 weight loss in large numbers, and they bring something most GLP-1 telehealth does not: actual lab work and, in several cases, a physical clinic you can walk into. Gameday Men's Health runs on-site testing with results in 15 minutes across more than 400 locations. SynergenX includes an InBody body composition scan in its evaluation.

That matters more than it might sound. GLP-1 treatment causes loss of lean mass alongside fat, and for men who are also managing testosterone, body composition and hormone levels are the measures that actually matter — not the number on a scale. A platform that ships vials after a web questionnaire cannot tell you any of that.

But be clear-eyed about the trade-off. You are usually paying more for the same molecules. TRT Nation charges $219 a month for compounded tirzepatide and Revibe charges from $199, against $125 flat at Trimi and $199 at Polly for the identical drug. If you want medication and nothing else, a general provider is cheaper.

So this ranking splits the difference: men's-specialist providers first for those who want the clinical depth, then the general providers that serve men perfectly well at lower cost.

How we ranked these

  • Whether real lab work or body composition testing is part of the program
  • Whether in-person care is available, and how wide the clinic footprint is
  • Flat pricing versus dose-linked escalation
  • Total monthly cost against equivalent general-market providers
  • Whether hormone and metabolic care can be managed alongside weight loss

We do not rank on star ratings for these providers because we do not collect verified patient reviews for them. Rankings reflect published pricing, fee structure, policy transparency and medication type only. See our full methodology and affiliate disclosure.

Frequently asked questions

Do men need a different GLP-1 program than women?

The medications work the same way regardless of sex. What men's clinics add is hormone and body composition testing and the ability to manage testosterone alongside weight loss — which is useful if that applies to you, and an unnecessary premium if it does not.

Can I take a GLP-1 and testosterone at the same time?

Providers including TRT Nation, Gameday, Revibe and SynergenX offer both, and there is clinical interest in the combination for metabolic health. Whether it is right for you is a decision for a licensed clinician who has seen your labs — not something to self-direct.

What is the cheapest GLP-1 for men?

Trimi at $99 for compounded semaglutide or $125 for tirzepatide, with every dose the same price. For FDA-approved medication, a $39 Doctronic visit plus NovoCare Pharmacy at $149/mo.

Is the lab work at men's clinics worth paying extra for?

It depends what you want. If you are managing testosterone, insulin resistance or body composition, on-site labs and an InBody scan give you data a questionnaire cannot. If you simply want the medication, you are paying roughly $75–$100 a month extra for testing you may not use.
